Lovely colourMy first colour was quite dark for me so I emailed the team and they sent another out really quick! This colour is fab!!!! Great match to my colour but tones it down just enough .. I'm now going to see how long it lasts .. I'm pretty happy on my first attempt .. they seem really nice and helpful and hopefully the colour will last and no more fluffy bleached hair for me!! Returning Customer HappyAfter a few years away from eSalon, I returned because my new stylist wasn't getting my color preference. No matter how many pictures I brought in, my color missed the mark. I returned to eSalon and was happy to get a color that will get me closer to what I ultimately want for hair color. Glad to see the team is looking at my pics. Not what is used to beI liked esalon when I started but something has changed, My color barely lasts two weeks. In addition, I am getting really annoying red undertones after two weeks. Great Product - Does not damage hair!This is easy to use (even for a clutz like me). The color was darker than I wanted but customer service is great and is recalibrating the color for next time. My hair is soft and vibrant. It was dull and limp before I tried this. I was very nervous but it is great. Super first experience!Perfect root coloring. Easy application. Easy directions. I want my total all over color to be one shade lighter, keeping roots at this formulation. So disappointedAfter using this product my hair turns brown! I tried using other brand black dye to cover the brown patches but It doesn’t work!..
