Does not cover gray well on Asian hair textureUnfortunately, I had to cancel because the product did not really cover my gray, and even after the colorists tried to adjust for a second try it was still not effective. Went back to Loreal Excellence/Superior Preference. Waste of moneyI tried eSalon's products for my naturally blonde hair. Since it's supposed to be "made for me " I didn't think that I'd have any problems. Well much to my dismay instead of being blonde I had dark brown hair. I absolutely would NOT recommend this product. It's a total waste of money. I had to go purchase another color at beauty supply to turn my hair back to blonde. IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH ESALON. When I called customer service they didn't offer me a refund...nothing. Read this!When I was getting a hair cut at a very high end salon, my stylist looked at my hair color and said it’s amazing that I color my own hair. It looks like it’s been professionally colored and it’s a particularly difficult color to achieve. Plus it would cost a bundle in his salon. I told him my hair is white underneath and he thinks that plays a part in it turning out so good. Anyway, I was so pleased to hear that from one of the most upscale and expensive salons in my area! I have always colored my own hair for 35 years and this is the best it’s ever looked.
