Wrong colorMy hair came out way darker than the color I chose. I wanted a pretty copper color and I chose "7.43 Golden Copper" and it came out like a deep red auburn completely different than the color I chose. My hair is SO dark and not what I asked for. *Editing to add that I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and aside from receiving a different color, I really enjoy this company. Repeat customerGreat results, comparable to salon or better for a fraction of the price; love the fact that there is no unpleasant smell. Two sets of gloves was a bonus feature. Website is easy to use and manage account. Only complaint would be that management products (shampoo, conditioner, serums) are pricey. SUPERBEGràce à Esalon j'ai enfin la nuance de couleur que je désirais depuis si logntemps et que je ne trouvais pas. Blond chaud avec une légère nuance de roux, j'en suis ravie. Pour arriver à cette teinte il a fallu plusiers fois ajuster ma couleur. Esalon a toujours très bien répondu à toutes mes demandes. Try it, don’t hesitate - you will be pleasantly surprised!I’ve gone to the salon for years and have had quite a few hit n miss experiences with my colour results. This kit however, gives surprisingly professional results. It’s easy to use, the instructions are foolproof, e-salon have thought of everything and made it all very simple to follow with minimum mess and everything you need is in the box so you’re not fumbling around for that extra pair of gloves for example at the last minute. Great dyeThis time 2 pairs of gloves were included which made the application and final step of lathering in the shower cleaner. I had only received one pair so this is a good addition. I am still loving the color after the adjustment to go a bit lighter. The kit also arrived as scheduled. I was a bit worried since I was almost out of dye on the last section, so maybe adding a bit more would be good. Exactly as promised!Easy to use and the color was exactly as promised. I refreshed old color with highlights and needed to use a colorfill first since I was going from medium brown (my natural color) with blonde highlights to dark brown. eSalon was so helpful and walked me through all of the steps.
