ALOT darker than expectedIts always difficult to select colors on a computer screen, nonetheless, I went with my gut and chose the darkest brown they had... and its DARK! Overall, the process and instructions were easy to follow and my hair looks and feels fabulous. Next time, I will try for a lighter version and see how it goes. Did the JobI love that this service is available and they make it as easy as possible to do on your own. My color was a touch brassier than I tend to like, but it did the job of covering grey. After a few purple shampoo washes it was fine. I have purchased 3 times during the closures and am so happy to have the service when needed.
