Excellent product!The product came promptly. Instructions were super easy and with their first order they even give you some free stuff which I thought was cool. Once my hair was completed the color was beautiful it was something that I have been trying to achieve with box dyes for forever and couldn't. There was no breakage and I have very curly coarse hair. My hair felt shiny and soft. I am now waiting for my second order which I am very excited about because these fantastic colorists mixed up a lovely little potion for my hair to achieve something just a smidgen lighter so I am very excited! Gets the red out!!!!My hair has red undertones. The Custom Color set mixed up by eSalon covers up my grey really well and covers up the red undertones in my hair!!!! Color Was Perfect!!My previous color purchase turned out to be not quite right. It was my natural color but I found it to be a little flat, I changed my profile and now I have the perfect color. It is the same color but, I added a warmer tone. I can't be more pleased. Beautiful colorI have had light golden blonde and most recently strawberry blonde that came out beautiful. The color is Spot on what I wanted. I have curly hair and it came out soft and shiny.
