Most recent color turning pinkAagghh!!! My color is going from a dark red to pink, not at all what I wanted or expected. I requested a change in my color to more closely get my color to ginger biscuit red which should be more of a copper, less dark red, and will hopefully prevent this turning pink issue. I find it disturbing, especially since it has only been in my hair for less than 3 weeks. Easy to use, beautiful custom color that lasts and great gray coverageThis process was fun and easy. The product was delivered quickly and had all the included items. I have colored my hair myself many times in the past, so coloring my hair was also easy. The smell was nice. The color came out fantastic. While it has been growing out my gray hairs are blending in perfectly. Easy Professional ColorI've been using esalon for almost a year now and can't imagine ever going back to boxed hair dyes. I work with an actual person to get the color I want and that works for me.
