bottle had only Gold color-and replacement had only Gold colorWhen you are selling your service as Custom Hair Color, you should be sending your customers the blended color. Last month, I received a bottle that clearly had only one color in it. It was easy to see when comparing it to the chart, that it only had the Gold color in it. So, I sent an email and was told that a replacement would be sent that had the correct blend in it. But once again, the bottle had only the Gold color in it. Very disappointedAfter following ALL the instructions, I was ready to rinse. Filled bottle with water, and rinsed my hair till water was clear. …I then noticed that the bottle was STILL 2/3 FULL of THE HAIRCOLOR MIX??
