brassy orange colorI wanted to love this kit. I color my hair at home often and never have issues. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case with this kit. I specified I needed all over color as I was going a shade lighter. I was sent a “roots only” kit. The color was way off from what I requested. It was to be a medium blonde. It turned my roots a weird brassy, orange color and completely dried out my hair. I utilized the enclosed shampoo and conditioner hoping this would combat the dryness. It didn’t. I couldn’t even get a comb through my hair without a heavy dosing of leave in conditioner, which is not normal for my hair. Cost Savings!Love eSalon! I've been using the products and in the program since 2014! I'm an Elite Member! My colorist is great - I've made changes along the years and the color always looks great! A friend of mine went to a Salon just yesterday, she spent $350 for a color & trim! Seriously! I'm staying with My Personal eSalon! adjusted perfectlyI have grays that I have had a hard time covering and this was fully covered and has lasted several weeks. Also the color matched the picture I showed. I am somebody who likes to change shades just a little bit throughout the summer in the winter and now I totally trust that this will be exactly what I need.
