Quality of color is fading awayI agree with Anna R. who posted a review on April 13, 2022. I called to address the same issue as Anna R. a month or so ago. I agree that the color is not lasting as long as in the past and the quality of the color has been drastically reduced. Please return to the original formula or I too will be researching for another option soon. Color did not lastI recently used my usual treatment to color my gray roots. It didn’t last and looked very pale blonde as I washed the color out. I am forced to go back to my salon this month. Not for meMixture is too thick to work with, dries up very quickly, and as a result, the colour application looks choppy. eSalon hair color and productsI so love my hair color and the different products I get from eSalon! I've been using this service for years.
