Great experience!Kit was easy to use and instructions were clear and detailed. I am very happy with how the color turned out and have gotten many compliments. My biggest concern was covering my outgrowth and not ending up with "hot roots". The kit included both the color for the outgrowth and a separate color for the rest of my hair. Horrible formulaFollowed directions to the letter. Hair turned out copper roots, pink ends, and patches of blond that didn’t get covered. I didn’t even want to leave the house, I was so embarrassed. Took out the brassy red, but did not lighten the brownI was happy that my color adjustment took out the brassy red in my hair, but the brown did not get any lighter. Has the formula changed?I have been using esalon for several years now and have loved it up until my last three orders, I normally color every 6 weeks but lately my color has been fading after just 2-3 weeks and, it is not coloring my grey near as well. I used to get full coverage but, not lately. I sent an email to the team in hopes of resolving this issue, If it does not improve then I will have to stop buying it and just go to my hairdresser for color.
