Worked very well!I always go to the Salon for color and any time I tried something from a box, it resulted in a trip to the Salon to correct it. I was hesitant to try this but I needed to touch up my roots/cover Grey and couldn’t get an appointment. Figured it was worth the risk, as it’s Demi permanent and washes out after 20ish shampoos. Great product and resultsThe quality of the product (hair color) as well as the gloves, instructions, etc. are the best. Any tweak I wanted to make to the color was taken care of immediately. I completely broke out from the product. Scalp oozing, burning, sores,The product was difficult to use and time consuming . I did like color although it didn't look the same as photo.
