Nice but I still ended up with color patchesI followed the instructions and somehow I still ended up with color hair patches. It’s also a little redder than expected. I was aiming for golden copper. Color turned way too dark I had to go buy color removerI had to go to Walgreens and get color remover to get the way too dark brown removed. This did not happen with the color kit I received before this kit. I can't afford mistakes 😢 like this last experience. I wrote to you abt my pkg being unusually late and it was damaged, scrunched up when it arrived. I was very very surprised. It wasn't bad enough to not open but clearly not in good shape. Beautiful Hair!I was so nervous about coloring my own hair but eSalon made it so easy for me to do my own coloring with the videos and the step by step instructions. My gray is GONE!
