AmazingI began using e-salon during the pandemic with the expectation that it would be a temporary solution until it became more safe to return to the salon. The first application was ok, but I emailed the stylist with pictures and requested changes. She nailed it!!! Every application I have had since has been absolutely perfect. I have received a bazillion compliments on social media (Im still not going very many places), and from the friends and family I have seen. Very happy with the product!I couldn't be more pleased with eSalon so far. The product is great, communication is excellent, and even the customer service has been so impressive. My stylist has created a great color for me. I colored my hair at salons for years and I've also used plenty of box dye as well. This is the best of both worlds and I really can't complain. Love this productI was so fearful of coloring my hair myself. This product is great and you guys have been very helpful and supportive with teaching me how to do it just right.
