I did't sign up for recurring orders but they put me on a plan.And the "contact us" link on the Support page doesn't work. Be careful--I ordered one set of color to try it out, and to my surprise, a second set was delivered a few weeks later. When I logged on to my account, I saw that I was signed up for a plan to have color delivered every 3 weeks. I didn't sign up for a plan. I followed the links to cancel the plan--which was tricky because I had to click on "cancel my plan" several times, and each time it would have been easy to accidentally click on "keep my plan". Try it you will be happy you didI have been using E Salon for several years now and couldn't be happier . They will change your color for the next shipment when requested , it's easy to put on , has instructions well written and easy to understand when you place your order I couldn't be more excited using this product . Best Color-Home experience I have ever hadI love my colorist solution, I have been using it over two years and I never came back to those drugstore colors. We have been working on my shade for quite a while, and meanwhile I tried lighter red, at the end of the day I came back for the very first color match, cause it is the most vivid one. SatisfaisantJ'ai bien reçu ma commande dans le délai. Je suis satisfaite de ma coloration à la demande. Seul bémol, bien que j'ai suivi les conseils, les cheveux du devant commence à blanchir à peine une semaine de coloration.
