DisappointedI called and spoke with a colorist before I decided on a color. I told her what I was looking for, submitting pics of my current color, told her my grays were hard to color…noted this all on my online order. I was assured my hair would not be pink or purple…it was pink and purple! I looked like My Little Pony…4 days before vacation! So upset!
