So great!This is an awesome way to color your hair at home! The results are amazing and it's so much better than sitting in a chair for hours and spending hundreds of dollars! Working with an actual colorist is also great, my color came out a bit darker than I wanted so my colorist is making my next color a little lighter and I added the light set kit to give it some dimension! Did anyone even read the notes?Root colour was ok, but the length colour was vastly different, didn't match the top and turned me from blonde to fully copper. Was awful. Very happySoft natural color that conditions and lasts!!!! I REALLY like the tiny rinse too. They really work with you to try to find the right color for you. Great Color MatchI am so pleased with the results. The color turned out beautiful and was such a good match. I had first used the esalon light kit. I was so scared to now cover them while using the root and refresher/ my first color order. The color turned out beautiful. My highlights still show. I am so thrilled. The best part is that I will not have to be at the mercy of the expensive salons. Not so pleasedI have been disappointed lately on my color. First after 8 days I have notice gray coming through, that's way to early. Second there just isn't any shine after the second wash. A fuir!!!Je devais recevoir comme couleur un beau roux très vif. Assez rouge même. Au final je me retrouve avec un espèce de marron affreux avec des reflet acajou. Je sais pas si c'est une erreur de leur part mais c'est comme si ils m'avaient envoyé ma couleur naturel demandé au début du questionnaire, et non la couleur final demandé. bref .Horrible.
