Did not workThe hair color was a MESS and got everywhere. I have a lot of experience dyeing my own hair and I’ve never seen anything like this. In addition, the root color did not cover the grays. I was SURE to apply it to where I needed coverage and it did nothing. I will not use this again. It hasn’t been 2 weeks since I coloredand as recommended I haven’t washed my hair hoping the color would last. I did like the color but like the other store bought products it didn’t last. GénialMais que c'est génial d'avoir touuuut ce qu'il faut dans le coffret. Les gants, le gel, le shampoing, l'après shampoing, la coloration, le gel pour protéger la peau, la lingettes pour nettoyer quand on a dépassé lol, la notice super bien expliqué. C'est juste G. E. N. I. A. L. Et génial aussi de pouvoir programmer la prochaine couleur. Vraiment accessible niveau prix. Finit le coiffeur pour moi j'irai juste pour rafraîchir ma coupe. Greate Customer Service and ProductsI am so pleased with the wonderful customer service I receive with eSalon. The color I recently ordered for my roots wasn't quite as I had expected (too light), so I contacted the color specialist who sent out a darker shade, which is just right. Thank you for your great products and professional, prompt specialists. I also would like to add that this color does not seem to damage my hair, unlike in-salon color. Love this hair colorIf you color your hair at home this color is great. It lasts much longer than any color you buy from the Big Box Stores. I highly recommend this color.
