Fantastic results, easy to use and colour match made in heavenI was quite dubious to begin with but was willing to try to save some money colouring my hair. The results were much better than I expected. It was easy to apply, especially when all the kit had been thoughtfully provided with easy to understand instructions. The colour match to my usual professional colouring was perfect. There was left mess than the usual cheaper box sets and yet more colour to go around. My hair was glossy and perfectly covered. Order sent to wrong address................I looked for a contact and didn't see one. I am furious. I changed my shipping address, and it is still being shipped to the wrong place. We travel a lot and this is not the first time this has happened. Looks like I am going to have to cancel my account if this company is not willing to work with me, plus my product will be later getting here. And I am having to bother someone to have it forwarded on to me. Didn't come out the colour I wantedI mixed the colour and at first, it looked an okay colour but quickly darkened to a dark purple. I was originally wanting orange hair and it came out dark red!
