Color did not turn outThe hair color I choose was a dark dark brown with a purple sheen to it. My hair turned out a weird lighter red brown on the top and dark brown on the bottom. NOT WHAT I EXPECTEDI was so looking forward to using this product but I was so disappointed. I really hate to give this bad review but I followed the directions and I did have gray roots which they did not cover all the way. Actually it looks like I did not color my hair my daughter said. Kind of unbelievably goodMy colorist clearly read my notes and absolutely nailed my color. I was terrified while applying that it was going to be way too dark. While it's a touch darker than I expected, it's 100% perfect - a rich copper red that is both bold and natural-looking, and incredibly flattering on my skin tone. I've been putting up with sub-par box color for too long; I just didn't know it. This is the best color job I've had including the hundreds (thousands?) Pas sûre de la couleurRapidité d'expédition, beau packaging, instructions hyper claires, bonne quantité de produit et bonne odeur! Mais j'avoue que la couleur n'est pas aussi vibrante que je l'avais imaginé et elle tire sur le rose plus que sur l'orange...
