Goopy MessWhile the coverage was good, it's impossible to wash out. I seriously had to scrub every inch of my scalp with my nails to scrape off the colored goop. This happened all 3 times I used the dye, the 3rd time leaving my hair overly dry and brittle from the necessary extra shampooing. Bad Batch?I've been using esalon for about a year, but this time the color didn't seem right going on. Really thick and "greasy" feeling. Could not rinse out no matter how long I let the water run through. I washed again later in the day and still a greasy, heavy feeling.
