The color was too light and too warm.My specific request was for dark brunette and I left a note for ash metallic. The color was much lighter than my current color with golden tones and following the directions my roots and around my face are lighter than the length of my hair. Quality awesome but color still too darkI like, no I love the quality of the product. I get compliments on how shiny and healthy my hair looks. I just think because I have freckles and my skin is a weird tone, dark hair color just makes me look "older" not quite sure how to describe it. I thought maybe having a funky colors like violet would be better if I was going to stick with the dark but I think I'd prefer to just go light.
