UnpleasantThe color is beautiful. However, it is two Shades Darker. I wanted to go two shades lighter. I have sent then company for emails and placed two phone calls to them. I have had no return calls and no luck communicating via email. I also put my orders on hold which, did not work. They charged me another fee and sent out another order. I had to go back in cancel all future orders and call my bank. I lost a lot of hair using this product which I lose hair when I color however, not this much hair. My hair felt really well nicely condition and the color is beautiful it just is not the color I wanted and in a little concerned about the hair loss. Would love to speak to someone if they could call me or get back to me that would be great. I don't normally leave bad reviews and when I do I always try to include some positivity however, I'm not having any luck with eSalon and everyone that I have referred to them has had a great experience. I will continue to refer people however, I will no longer be purchasing until I can fix the issue with my very first order. I'm stuck with a hair color that is two Shades Darker when I wanted to go two shades lighter and according to the activity on my account I'll be receiving another shipment of the same color. 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Wrong colorI ordered a color that was very visibly copper red however what I received had the correct label but my hair is just very dark brown. Too darkGood morning, I was not happy with the color, it was way darker then I expected. I thought I had relayed this and asked that my membership be cancelled. However, I just checked my credit card statement and see that another shipment is on it's way for over $27. Please let me know how to return the item for a full refund. Please cancel my membership.
