Déception ++++Bonsoir j'envoie un message un peu tard car je viens de finir ma couleur, cette semaine j'étais très contente car ma commande a été très vite envoyer ,mais je suis vraiment très déçue du résultat !!!!! J'ai demandé une coloration qui s'apparente au plus près du rouge que j'avais et je finis châtain foncé je ne recommanderais pas chez vous et ne vous ferai pas de très bonne pub!!! je suis dégoûtée, il va falloir que je démaquille mes cheveux pour pouvoir refaire une coloration par-dessus!!!! en ces temps de confinement il est très compliqué de se procuer des colorations, je me faisais une joie d'avoir une couleur personnalisée.... en habitant seule c'était la seule joie que j'avais de cette semaine, entre le travail et la solitude....suis très triste, déçue et pas contente du tout.... 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. major breakagestarted using esalon when my box color was discontinued. i used it pretty regularly for about a year, it took some time to get color right. quit using it a couple months ago when i noticed chunks of hair breaking off. haven’t colored hair at all recently and still noticing breakage. i have very long hair, considering cutting it short the damage is so bad. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Too orangeIt seems like the 2 bottles were switched. I DID NOT mix them up. I'm very used to coloring my hair. But bottle one was supposed to be more dark blonde than gold and mahogany but my roots look ORANGE!!! Not dark blonde. Not mahogany. Orange. Not happy whatsoever. And the smell!!! The second bottle was so bad it was hard to breath in the shower for the last step. This was not worth $10 deal, let alone if they want more for another try. Just..... Will not be using again!!!Initially when applying the colour it really stang my scalp so I didn’t keep it on for the allotted time. I’m so glad I didn’t because certain parts of my hair turned more of an ash blonde which is not what I wanted at all. So I definitely won’t be using it again.
