You lost my business over a brushI didn't know that you had to keep the brush from the first order. When I called to inquire, esalon said they would be happy to send me one with my next order. Color had a slight red tintColor had a slight red tint. Within two weeks my color turned a bright red. I even told my colorist that my hair pulls red to add ash color to neutralize the red in my hair. I did like the color the first week then my color just faded to bright red. I greatly emphasized the need to avoid....This last color did exactly what I expressed I did not want. The previous color was fine and then I requested to go lighter.
