Color did nothing for me.I filled out the details saying I wanted to lighten my hair, sent a photo, followed the instructions, what I got was pretty much no change in hair color at all. Dark Blonde Not :(So not happy with my hair color at all custom color was suppose to be a dark blonde...no blonde at all came out a horrible light blah brown. Not quite butEasy instructions to follow. The outcome after using the color was that the roots didn't blend well with the bottom. Bottom color is too light and red for what I was hoping for. Didn't work for my hairEven though I followed the instructions perfectly, my hair ended up being the exact same colour it was before. My hair also has a frizzy and dry texture now. My instructions were not followed.My initial color was too brown, I canceled my account and was told I'd receive a free shipment if I wanted to try and explain to my "colorist" what it was I was looking for in contrast to what I received. I'm a redhead with just a touch of brown for a slight auburny copper look. I wanted the rich coppery light auburn. The first shipment was equal parts brown and mahogany with a touch of red. NOPE!
