Terrible Customer ServiceI have been trying to cancel my service since last September and Esalon keeps charging my credit card every month. Getting BetterThe color was a bit darker than expected but it did cover the gray where I applied it correctly. I thought I would receive the golden highlight set as well but it wasn't included and I'm not sure if on purpose. I did meantime, order another products to bring out the gold tones and I add a ballayage set to my next order thinking that's what I need to lighten the lower part of my hair vs the roots. Delivered fast and nice custom packagingYes, it go delivered in less than a week. And yes i love that every bottle had my name on it. But, they don’t tell you that everything you need to get your custom color, cost EXTRA money. I bought the color i wanted. I wanted to go from dark brown, to light ash brown….. the hair dye made my hair look DARKER. I asked my friends and family and they all agreed with me. I really wanted to try to since they said it’s better quality than the box hair dyes. Yes, it’s prettier and more custom. But the color is the same as a box…. Shows one picture but when you dye your hair it doesn’t come out like the picture…. So then i looked around the website and i needed to buy lighter to lighten my hair…. And then i wanted highlights….. ALL those were additional charges that was not made clear. I’m just going to go to Sally’s. Or buy box hair dye. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
