Waste of time!This hair dye was supposed to be a dark brown/purple color, which is what it looked like it would be after mixed and applied to my hair. Instead, it literally did nothing. I followed the directions provided, but all of the color washed out when it was time to rinse. Complete waste of time and money! Très déçueJ’ai spécifiquement écrit et envoyé une photo de mes racines pour dire que j’adorais ma couleur sur les longueurs mais que malheureusement elle était trop flou sur mes racines blanches. J’ai reçu une nouvelle couleur. Non seulement elle ne correspond pas à ce que je veux ( la même que précédemment) mais elle n’a ps fonctionne du tout sur mes racines. J’ai donc du acheter un spray pour colorer mes cheveux blancs. Donc j’ai dépensé de l’argent chez vous et aussi au supermarché. J’aurais mieux fait d’aller chez le coiffeur. Enfin… je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le contenu de cette seconde couleur. Pas see de produit. Pas de différence entre couleur racines et couleur longueurs. Did not cover grayI have grays around my forehead and my biggest issue is covering them. Well this didn’t work either. And my hair has a very red tint to it when the color was brunette.
