Excellent--no different than when I go to the salon!!Sorry I had to skip this shipment...I want you to know how much I love your products and my original plan was to use them 'every other time' I colored my hair. In the last few months it has been necessary for me to go to the hair dresser two times in a row (nothing to do with your product) and I still had an extra shipment that I was late in using so that is why I have had to skip shipments. Great hair day!The original color I received from eSalon was a bit too light for my liking. However, all it took was emailing a brief message to the colorist about my concerns and the next formula was perfect. I'm not sure how they do it but I think the product is a great.
