Only my e-hairdresser knows for sure!I have been very satisfied with everything about my hair color and your efforts to provide a special individual client home salon experience. At least that's what it feels like to be pampered through the mail by you. I am using color treated hair shampoo and not washing it every day...yet still my gray roots are showing through in about 3-4 weeks. Any suggestions? I am tho king about the rout touch up. Very pleased so farIt took some getting used to coloring at home. But now I have a method down, and the color has consistently come out well. It's the right amount of golden brown that I wanted and it blends well with the previous months' color. The only thing I don't care for is the shampoo and conditioner.
