Great Color but residue is awlfulLike others have posted, rinsing the color is difficult as your hair tends to matte together in a slippery wad with this hair color. I ordered your shampoo and conditioner and still have the same results no matter what shampoo I'm using. I've used Esalon hair color off and on since 2014.
