Color is great but applicator bottle has gotten worse and worseI love this hair color but the last two times I’ve gotten it the applicator bottle has been horrible. This time (prepared in April) the hole in the bottle was so small almost nothing came out, then when I squeezed hard the product all came out under the screw on top. Not only did I have a mess to clean up but I’m not sure I had enough product left to do a good job. I ended up having to ream out the hole to get enough product out to proceed. The guarantee says that it’s free if you’re not satisfied but I’m unable to find anywhere to contact esalon to let them know. Love itLove how easy everything is and the smell wasnt over powering either... Not a good productThis product is worse than box color. At least with box color I knew what my results were suppose to be and I knew how drying the box dye was. This product was suppose to be a red AUBURN it turned my hair to a gross brown. Now I'm stuck with red roots and brown yellow ends! Not happy at all. Would give ZERO stars if I couldMy kit arrived damaged. I tried to chat online, but as soon as I wrote a message in the chat, WHAM! the chat disappeared and I could not reload it. I tried sending a message....same thing. I got the color allover my hands when retreiving the mail, as the color bottle was open and damaged. Needless to say, it got on my hands as well. Convenient but not liking the product overall5 stars for convenience, price, packaging, and customer service. However, I’m not a fan of how much residue is left in my hair as if I left coconut oil in that won’t wash out. I have dark brown hair and needed this product for grey coverage (3 stars) and to tone the red (2 stars). I know this is challenging, but the red is still there and needs more green to balance, and the grey coverage doesn’t last long. 0 stars for how difficult it is to wash out. It’s weird, but I feel like my first experience was the best. Each other time just somehow became worse.
