Completely missed the markAfter providing details, current photos and 3 desired color images I imagined I would be supplied with the right kit. I even spoke with esalon prior to make it clear that I want to remove my red tones out of my light brown hair to go to a lighter neutral blonde. The results I endured up with is a darker red shade. My hair seems darker and less bright compared to my natural hair color... Now I dont know what to do...I've uploaded a after photo to show the result. No differenceI didn’t see any color change. I wanted a shade or two lighter with a cooler tone, at least. I didn’t see a difference and none of my friends did either. I have medium to dark blonde hair that holds a strawberry blonde tone, so maybe it was just too stubborn. Very good packaging though, everything was great quality and very cute.
