Did not useWhen I ordered your product I specifically asked to lighten my hair color. There was never any mention that your hair color kits do Not lighten hair. Hair dye,I loved the colour and had lots of compliments. Unfortunately it is more like a wash in wash out dye. After 2 nd wash & condition the roots started to fade, it went from warm brown to orange undertones. After 3rd wash it was more obvious that the roots were showing through. Not worth the discomfortThe color and coverage is actually great. Covered grays nicely. The 2 star rating is based on the application process. The chemical/ammonia was so strong, the entire application process was so uncomfortable and gave me a terrible headache. My scalp now feels tight and itchy.
