DissapointedI did not get anything close to what I asked fot, i said my hair was dark brown with carmel to lighter highlights, and I get grey easy, and that I needed to cover grey now, they sent me just a dark brown for my roots only, that will do nothing for me. I needed to color my whole head to cover the grey, and what about my highlights, I didnt get my Argon oil, I paid %14 for it, Id like to send the box back, and cancel future orders, sorry this wont wonk for me. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. OVERPRICED GARBAGEWhen I got my color I followed the instructions to a T and I had a beautiful deep rich shiny mahogany color. I didn't wash my hair for several days and when I finally did with a reputable brand of sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner after the second time the color had all completely faded out and I now have a light strawberry blonde. THIS is overpriced crap. I'm only thankful I got a deal with Allure and only had to pay $10 and free shipping. Never again. I canceled my account. 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Disappointed!!I have just coloured my grey roots with the first kit provided. I have followed the instructions exactly. Unfortunately it has barely coloured my roots. avisje vous ai tout indiqué 3 fois par mail!c'est trop compliqué de le prendre en compte purée, on va pas y passer la nuit sérieusement! vous avez déjà tout dans le mail précedent!!! vous ne répondez pas à mes questions et vous restée bloquée sur les mauvaises info je vous ai donné toutes les instructions, car sur votre site je ne parviens pas à vous répondre donc on reprend encore 1 fois les mêmes éléments : merci d'envoyer une complète et pas que pour les racines svp, la couleur a viré il faut rattrapé tout ça. je veux un Chatain foncé naturel svp, pas de reflet doré ou autre, 2 flacons sont nécessaires et 2 soins car 1 seul comme au premier envoi ne suffit pas vu ma longueur, j'imagine que c'est de plus logique et que vous auriez du y penser. pourriez-vous avancer la date d'envoi svp au plus tôt, c'est n'importe quoi mes cheveux? 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Not Dark beige blonde, but reddy brownI have light brown and grey soft regrowth from highlights. I ordered dark beige blonde. Followed instructions exactly, left with reddy light brown tinge. It isn't terrible, it is blended, but it just isn't want i wanted. Still red tonesUnfortunately your adjustment did not get rid of the orange and red colours now it’s just a maroon red, I Appreciate everything you’ve tried but like I said ash colours are the only colour that works better for me which was my initial choice and which I’ve not been able to try per your choice . I would be willing to try the medium Ashbrown ,my initial choice at your cost. if this is unacceptable then I will just move on.
