Was not what I orderedI modified my color for this past order bc there was no blue in my black/blue. I finished coloring my hair over an hour ago and it is pure black and did not even cover my grey on top. I want my money back 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Du auch? |

Not happyI chose the color I wanted via the color chart- it looks nothing like that at all. Its darker, I even screenshot the color I wanted- it was closer to the color I had before. I am very unimpressed. I followed the instructions to a tee. My birthday is coming up and although it doesn't look like it got botched- it doesn't look like what I wanted or had picked out. Not exactly what I was hoping forI went through and entered my hair and color information as accurately as possible. My hair was golden and I wanted more of an ash color. When I received my Dark Blonde Ash color I didn't expect it to be spectacular, but I expected it to change. The result was just a more noticeable golden color. It was supposed to be a darker color compared to what my hair was. The least I expected was less gold and more ash or even just a darker blonde.
