Supposed to be Light Brown (Cool Beige) but it turned out dark and red tintedMy natural hair color is medium brown. I wanted to go a little lighter with a cooler shade and chose the light brown (cool beige), but that is not the color that came out. Instead my hair color is darker, and slightly red. It did not completely cover my gray.I still have areas of my roots that are still gray. Despite having expert application of you product by a professional, there are still sections of gray that were not covered. We did this last night and I'm not happy with the results. Please send me the two necessary components to redo it in a little while.
