couleur pas assez blondla couleur n'est pas ce que j'escomptais ; je voulais des mèches dorées .De plus beaucoup trop de délai entre le moment de la commande et la livraison . Celle-ci a été passée le 31/03 , expédiée le 13/04 pour être livrée le 27/04. Not customized, roots onlyI was sent a kit for roots only. I need color for all of my hair as it is usually medium brown and I color it copper/red. Most of the red has faded. I was sent a "custom" medium brown that is apparently not red at all. I'm not willing to try and ruin my hair. I was never able to get in touch with a stylist and finding a way to return/get your money back is confusing and time consuming. No thanks. Update: I was sent a form email response telling me to do a strand test, even when my feedback was that I do not have enough color and do not want brown in my color (the color wheel in the instructions provided shows WAY more brown than I wanted). My request for a refund has been ignored. Hair colorI want to give this more stars! I plan to continue using this hate color system but I still haven't found the right color. So it's frustrating. Gray coverageI was disappointed in the coverage... Should have gone to bootsWhat a disappointing product. Followed all 'personalised' instructions stringently. The product went everywhere - all over the bathroom. Results. GREY hairs remain and dull lifeless ends. I had some remaining dye left over so I persevered and re-did my grey on the hairline with NO results. Product is very chemically and now I have a burning scalp to boost. Have had far superior results from a £6 box of dye from the chemist. Not satisfied with resultsHi, I followed your instructions and colored my hair today, but result did not satisfied me. 1. Roots did not change the color at all and still have my original color. 2. Ends are much darker that I was ordering and expecting. I was ordering based on the picture on your website and was expecting bright vibrant light orange/copper, but the final color of my hair after coloring with your formula is red copper and very dark.
