Does not cover the greysUnfortunately, the second round of color still did not cover the gray roots. At this point, I would like a refund instead of trying another color again. I am including pictures to show how the hair looks after the second application just to the roots. Thank you for providing extremely helpful customer service and I greatly appreciate your kindness. Color fadedThe directions were clear. I liked the color, but on the sideburns and beard the color did not last long. about 5 days to start and in 10 days it was half white. I am making my 3d application today, but if it does not last I will go back to my old color. I do like this new color tho. Color washed out in one day.Colored my hair yesterday, it’s faded today.
