Directions were not right for meI just finished coloring my hair with my first e salon kit. The directions said for me to color my roots first and let it sit for 15 minutes and then color the ends and let them sit for 10. I did not even let the color sit on my roots for the full 15 minutes and they came out WAY darker than the rest of my hair. Also, I do not think 10 minutes is enough for the ends because I still have some brassiness. Color was completely different than my orderI ordered medium blond and my hair after application is medium red/brown!! It’s not even close to what I selected. My husband didn’t even recognize me - he said I look like I’m wearing a wig. So disappointed. I had tried Nice & Easy before eSalon and it turned out fantastic. Das hat ja wohl nicht geklappt 😓Habe mich total gefreut als das Paket ankam, mir alles in Ruhe durchgelesen und losgelegt. Die Farbe ist leider trotz Entwickler von 20% eher braun statt Asch Kupfer Blond (eisig) geworden. Ich hatte davor hell kupfernes Haar und jetzt ein sehr goldenen Braunton. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es schwierig ist aus Kupfer aschig zu bekommen, jedoch wurde die Alternative angeboten und hab es probiert.
