Does not cover gray and does not last!Sad that I spent $27 on nothing. The color lasted one week. All my gray is back. I have colored my hair at home for years and this is the worst. Does not last. DISAPPOINTEDI found the color to be messy from start to finish. I have been coloring my hair at home for years and have been using the "over the counter" brand for many years and have never encountered hair color being as messy as this was. I followed instructions from start to finish. When rinsing color out, color stained my hands, fingernails, and ran all down my face into my eyes burning my eyes and making them red. he recibido mi kit pero aun no lo aplicohe comprado el kit con la intension de cambiar mi tono rubio cenizo a un rubio cobrizo, he realizado la orden y después de contactarme para explicar acerca del tonoque yo había elegido, acepte una de la opciones que me dieron basándome en que seria lo ideal para que mi tono elegido quedara mejor, cual fue mi sorpresa cuando recibí un color de tinte totalmente diferente al que yo elegí en la web inmediatamente contacte al servicio al cliente y hasta el día de hoy no. me han contactado, NO puedo valorar que tan bueno es el tinte pero si lo desepsionada que me siento por no haber recibido una aclaración acerca del cambio que han hecho también mi pelo es largo y recibi solo un tubo de color que si acaso cubriría mi raiz y no es lo que deseo , deseo un cambio de color 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Color wasn't what I asked for...The positives: - The color was gentle on my hair - The smell was not too toxic - I really enjoyed the conditioner they sent - The ultimate color was nice The negatives: - I indicated desiring a shade that was about a level to a level and a half higher than my natural color (I had virgin hair), and this color, if anything, DARKENED my hair - This will not be easy to fix sans bleach as color doesn't lift color... - I'm waiting to see what my reformulation is, but they already charged me for it... 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Roots came out way too darkColor came out way too dark , more like a reddish dark brown instead of the color I picked (dark blonde copper), even after uploading tons of pictures of my hair and what I was looking for. Too DarkI asked for the color not to turn my hair orange or reddish and to be dark blond. What I got did turn my hair orangish red and it was much darker than I asked for.
