Not the color I wantedI wanted a reddish tent in my hair. Either copper or strawberry blonde. Was given medium blonde, my old hair color from like 2 year’s ago. Not very impressed. Then I sent a message letting them know they sent me the wrong color and I haven’t heard back. Color too darkWhereas my color had been perfect the two previous times I did it, this time it was too dark. Since I followed the directions to the letter, I can only assume that the formula was mixed incorrectly. I have been using a clarifying shampoo for the past two weeks to lighten it, but it is still too dark. I’ll keep trying, but it is discouraging. 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Du noir au lieu du marron chocolatJai fait la couleur aujourd'hui. Elle n'est pas marron chocolat comme ce que je voulais. Le rendu est noir dommage. Sur les mèches que j'avais également, il y a un riquiqui reflet marron. J'ai fait appliquer ma couleur par une amie pour ne rater aucune des étapes. Je suis déçue pour le coup car c'est noir.
