5 star potential!Loved the kit, easy to use with clear instructions and every tool you need. My only gripe was that the product did not effectively cover my grays. However in contacting customer service I was given a solution and am excited to try again with my next kit. The level of customer service I received was fantastic, kudos to esalon for that. Excellent color choiceI was looking for some adjustments to my strawberry blonde, and this one is a perfect formula. Will stick to this one. Colorists were helpful as always, which is what I like as much as the great color they provide. Have been a longtime customer and don't plan to quit any time soon. Best colorI really loved how easy it is to color my roots in the comfort of my own home! I don’t have to worry about having color oops on hand in case I mess up because esalon’s coloring instructions are foolproof!
