Way too dark, looks blackTurned my hair black. Tried 5 washes to see if color would lessen but it hasn’t. Going to try a color remover. Possibly a visit to the salon to fix. Also the ammonia smell of this product is overwhelming. The strongest I have ever smelled and I’ve been coloring my hair for many years. No llegaNo llega el pedido desde hace un mes. Dicen que esta en aduanas, cuando se comprometen en la web a mandarte otro igual si hay problemas con el reparto y no es así me dicen que siga esperando. Not HappyI thought this was going to be grey coverage, it was not. The color wasn't dark at all and just looked like a my natural hair color. I was trying for a much darker tone. Slightly disappointedThis color turned out very brassy despite my following the instructions to a T. It also didn’t cover up my grays. It would be perfect without the brass and if it covered my gray. Awful colourColour was darker than my roots. Looked black. Only left on for ten minutes and hair in good condition. Very disappointing. Will take a long time to wash out as permanent. Very disappointed!I used the colour yesterday and emailed you my disappointment with photos of the result! I am mortified the colour is so dark after sending in a picture and having a consultation....I only left the colour on for 6 minutes because I could see how dark the colour was! I told the consultant this is what I was worried about.....what can be done to correct this ASAP! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
