Color was not even closeI ordered medium blonde intense copper. The results turned out medium blonde with light brown tone. Very unhappy. I followed directions right and still turned out a ugly color. Had to go to the store and get blonde highlights to fix it. I would not recommend. horrible serviceI order this kit 2 times the first time it was beautiful came out great didnt cover the grey like I was hoping for but it was good. Then my husband set up a subscription for valentines day for me and got the Darkest brown with intense purple my the top of my hair turned light brown with a red tint and the rest of it was dark brown no purple at all drugstore purple box dye would off game me a better color then this. I got ahold.of Sarah and she was completely rude not helpful at all ended our chat in the middle of the conversation she went and turned off my plan without asking me if I wanted her I never told her to do that when I went in there to get a hold of the specialist they were offered me a free set so I could explain what happend and try again. Now let me tell you I dont care about the money it was 11$ to start with and much cheaper then a salon so money is not a issue I would even pay for shipping if I had thats not the issue the issue is that the customer service girl Sarah was TRIBBLE.. good luck in the future hopefully you never have to speak to her you won't get anything resolved 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Do NOT BuyI was impressed when I received my order as it came nicely packaged. I took a test strand and applied the product for 30 minutes. When I washed it out, the strand was orange and brassy. I made it clear to the colorist that there was no existing color in my hair and that I did not want any brassiness. I even purchased a toner. Anyway the color was brutal. I was not given the opportunity to receive a refund when I sent pictures of the strand test. I was immediately told that the color I bought would be modified. I received the new order and performed a strand test. This time, the color went on like purple and when I washed it out, it was a darker brass. When I reached out to the company for a refund, I was advised that since I had received their complimentary reformulation, they are unable to issue a refund for the order. Per their satisfaction guarantee, they offer a complimentary reformulation or a refund. (This explains the quick response to my email with no option of a refund). Didn't completely cover :-(For some reason the hair color didn't cover evenly. I followed the instructions. I timed the roots for 15 minutes, then finished the application and left it on for the recommended 5 minutes. Terriblement déçueBonjour, Je n ai eu que pour la racine et voilà très déçue du résultat... je pense arrêter esalon... je n avais pas de roux sur mes racines forcément et là ça tire su Le Roux et comme rien a mettre saus à la toute fin sur les longueurs et bien j ai toujours les reflets roux... une couleur pour rien à part empirer j aurais mieux fait de rien faire.
