Très décueJ'ai fait une demande pour une coloration châtain clair cendré, j'ai eu un châtain plutôt moyen/foncé et auburn. J'ai demandé à rectifier, pour que mes repousses soient plus claires, et la couleur plus froide et plus cendrée, je me retrouve avec des cheveux encore plus foncés que précédemment, et encore plus auburns/roux foncés. Un peu déçueCouleur très foncée : je vois plutôt du noir sans reflet, et je suis plutôt déçue. Crunchy, BLACK hair.I ordered “medium ash brown” for my medium brown hair with coppery/gold tones. I was looking to neutralize the copper and mellow out my tone. Works but a bit darker than I thoughtTried for the first time today and the grey coverage is about 80% effective which I suppose, is not bad compared so some other products I’ve tried. However my hair feels a bit coarse and dry after the dye job. Not sure this products is better than good quality box dye from the pharmacy.
