Won’t buy againThe color I received was nowhere near what I wanted. I do understand that can happen based on many things so that I could have dealt with. But… I followed instructions and by a week from the day I colored my hair roots around my face were already gray! This product also dried my hair out horribly. So disappointing! Product failsThe color chosen was not as described in the picture I selected. The red was not present, only a very unpleasant blond. I also found no place I could activate the "Guarantee".
