Order sent to wrong address................I looked for a contact and didn't see one. I am furious. I changed my shipping address, and it is still being shipped to the wrong place. We travel a lot and this is not the first time this has happened. Looks like I am going to have to cancel my account if this company is not willing to work with me, plus my product will be later getting here. And I am having to bother someone to have it forwarded on to me. Didn't come out the colour I wantedI mixed the colour and at first, it looked an okay colour but quickly darkened to a dark purple. I was originally wanting orange hair and it came out dark red! Did not workThe hair color was a MESS and got everywhere. I have a lot of experience dyeing my own hair and I’ve never seen anything like this. In addition, the root color did not cover the grays. I was SURE to apply it to where I needed coverage and it did nothing. I will not use this again. It hasn’t been 2 weeks since I coloredand as recommended I haven’t washed my hair hoping the color would last. I did like the color but like the other store bought products it didn’t last.
