Mixed ReviewI had high hopes for this product. It definitely delivered in being the most gentle hair color I’ve ever used. No bad smell, relatively easy to apply and gentle on my hair. However, I was not satisfied with the root coverage. Most of my roots were still gray even after strictly following the instructions. The color I chose, a dark brown/purple tone had way too much red which led to brassy color where I part my hair on top. Does not lastI have enjoyed getting my hair color to what I desire and the stylists have been great adjusting my color however it does not last. Still too copper redI have uploaded two photos to show the tint of the color … the photo with the really long hair is from years ago at the end of the summer after my color had lightened and it is still darker than the second photo I uploaded tonight. I love the shine and coverage of the color but I wanted to go dark chestnut brown to cover the brassy copper red from the last color I was sent.
