Your commitment to service and emphasis on getting it right are GREAT!The adjustments you made, to address my feedback, have resulted in an almost perfect result. Lowering the red % and lengthening the time it's on, seems to have provided better coverage of the grey. But, overall, I wish we could get the entire color just a touch lighter. Covers the grey!I liked the color a lot and it covered the grey very well. However, each time the color ends up a little bit darker - I imagine because I'm starting out a little darker because it doesn't fade as quickly. eSalonI left the product on for 30 min and had to rinse it out after that time frame...my scalp is sensitive and it began to burn slightly...but it was OK...I thought the color was not blonde enough but I believe it might turn to a reddish blonde if I changed the color..?
