Change in packaging is less desirable.I've been using E-salon for a number of years and think the product is great. My only problem with the color is that it doesn't take along my hairline even with the suggestions offered. This past year the packaging was changed. There are times when I can't open the color bottle and have to ask for help. They now have 2 boxes...one for gloves and one for shampoo, etc. Why was this done? One bottle instead of twoI like the color very much and it was easy to apply. I was a little disappointed that it was only one bottle of color instead of two with my recurrent order (when previously it was two for the same price). Coloring with MAJOR confidence!Yesterday made the third time that I have used esalon with MAJOR confidence. I have colored my hair for probably 20 years. Buying the same color, company, I never knew what my color would turn out to be....and believe me it has turned pretty orange before. Since using esalon and seing how I can rely on the color looking so awesome, I have colored it twice and did the hightlights for the very first time....all three times 2 hours before I leave for church! Now you tell me, is the MAJOR confidence or what??!!?? AND all three times my hair was awesome! Does esalon cost more than color you get at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS? Yes, it does. Wonderful service. Not a great color matchCostumer support was great. My shipment arrived in a timely manner and the price was also fair. I love having the option to communicate freely with my color specialist when needed. However, the color was much much much darker than I had anticipated. Good gray coverageCovered my gray hair better than Madison Reed. No reddish cast. Just darker than I expected. I wish it came with a plastic cap to wear while the color is setting.
